We have now bought 3 sofas from Sofaworks within a year. They offer quality sofas at good prices but best of all they have excellent customer service. We were helped by an adviser at the Birstall branch and he was fantastic, there is a non pushy atmosphere that is unique to this company. He was knowledgeable, helpful and professional and everything he told us was spot on. 3 weeks later we went back to buy another 2 seater to match our 1st one because we loved it so much. Having recently moved house we now have room for a corner sofa, we didn't hesitate to go back to him and SofaWorks. This time we had a different sales man..he also was great amd delivered the same quality service. Aftercare is also good..with 4 years interest free..what's not to love?
