Great staff at Hull branch, pitty about the quality control

Ordered our new sofa at the Hull branch of sofaworks and was greeted by a staff member, he was asked us what we was after and left us to it then returned when we finally decided what we wanted. He interacted with my 2 children and chatted all through the paperwork. Would recommend to attend the Hull store for the warm welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff no problems at all with the store staff.
The only problem we have is quality control from the factory and the installation team didn't carry out an inspection prior to leaving. When a personal inspection was carried found that he manufacturing team had used screws far to long to secure the foot stool feet which ended up coming through the internal base of the storage compartment how this passed quality control inspection surprised me. After a couple of phones calls and photo evidence sent to customer services another foot stool is being sent to us at a 12 week lead time
