The sale assistant was OK but he needed a lot of help from the manager not sure if he was new but the manager did take over a bit. Not getting the Sofa for 16 weeks so can't comment on the quality yet. Nice relaxed atmosphere, no pressure sales, plenty of choice, even offered a coffee, paper work all done and explained very clearly and simply.
