6 months old noticed white dots chair notified customer services charged £47 to come out and repair chair now the item is 2 years old the back of chair has a fading patch around 6 inches in diameter phoned customer services and was told it was due to wear and tear wanted another £47 just to access damage and would charge more for repair I would love to know how customer services can make this statement without seeing the item would never purchase anything from this company as for customer service it's none existing
