We spent months chosing our new sofa's and finally settled on 2 2seater sofas from CSL (now sofaworks) - Charleston in Briar Brown. The service in store was excellent, delivery smooth and we were initially very pleased with our choice. However, like others have reported within 6 months the leather began to loose it colour, it flaked off - mainly on the seams and then on the front of each of the seats. After 2 emails, 3 visits to store and one complaint to the store manager we finally got a response from the Technical Department. A Tech person came out to look at the sofas only to say it was general wear and tear, they would respray them as a gesture of good will. 1 month later the spray has also started to fade and once again the leather has started to peel. The Technical Department want nothing to do with us.....and assume that is the end of it?????
