The sofa was very easy to order and pay for. Delivery was well handled, I received emails and phone calls keeping me up to date with the latest situation. On delivery day we were told it would be an 'a.m.' delivery. It is impossible to contact the company by phone to actually speak to someone. I have emailed and had a reasonably prompt reply to say that the carrier would contact us with a delivery date - however, my problem as I explained in the email was that the carriers had already contacted me with a delivery date but then failed to deliver! We were looking for a small-ish sofa for our small living room. We found this sofa, and thought it looked lovely. We were originally worried about the quality because it was such a good price, but we were not disappointed when it arrived. Delivery was supposed to be next day, and was put back a day for some reason - but we weren't too bothered. Its comfortable, stylish and a really good price. The ordering process was easy and quick, and confirmation emails were received and all information I needed was there. I was really happy with my purchase from sofasworld, on time delivery, and as i hadn't seen the goods was a bit apprehensive, but i love it. I have gone to high street stores on many occasions but i will definitely be buying from the world stores again. If i had any problems it would be when it was delivered i had to take off the protective plastic and cardboard myself and put the feet on, which i found hard as i'm on my own. but the sofas look nice in my living room. First of all i'd like to say that the delivery was excellent, the futon arrived less than two days after it was ordered and the delivery driver was very nice and courteous. I am pleased with the futon and my kids love it. The frame is a little bit battered in places though and there is some rust where the dints are but my kids haven't noticed this. It looks like it has been stored somewhere dirty and it had to be wiped down before it was put together, but apart from this it's fine. (read more)

I ordered a sofa bed from this website and found the quality of it awful. It was very cheaply made and felt as though it would fall apart easily. It was easy to convert into a bed but it was very uncomfortable. I decided to return it as I just wasn't happy with it. I found out that to return it there is a charge of £50 which just seems ridiculous to me. After waiting most of the day I got suspicious that the item was not going to arrive, so I called customer service only to have to wait 30 minutes to speak to someone.
