ordered the sofa in november, so much for next day delivery.
it is april and we are still waiting. it TAKES 30 TO 45 MINUTES TO GET THROUGH, and then they can;t give a delivery time. they say they will call 60 minutes before delivery. This says everything you need to know. How can you organise a company like this? I am looking to report them to trading standards first, but suspect we will be reading about them on consumer watchdog type programmes before long.
