I took measurements of my door and sofa. I was promised that the sofa will be dissembled and will go through the door.

They were very inflexible about delivery times and the sofa was not dissembled. They dissembled on site and wouldn't go through the door, but easily through the window. They refused to help the builders on site to just lift it up, for insurance reasons.
The arrogance and rudeness was shocking!
I called the store and was told that is my problem and incredibly unhelpful about options.

All they care about is getting your money, once that, you are at their mercy.

Definitely would not recommend them.

While we do our very best to advise customers on measurements and possible access issues, we do not check our customers' property before delivery and ultimately we must rely on the information given to us. Having said that, we do fully appreciate how frustrating it is to run into issue likes this upon delivery. Due to the risk of damaging your property or injuring themselves, our drivers cannot deliver our sofas through windows. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment caused and we really appreciate your comments.
