I ordered two sofas and both arrived after just 4 week (I live in Scotland so they estimated 4-6 weeks). The delivery was bang on time, the staff courteous and professional, making up the sofa efficiently and took all the packaging away with them. The brushed linen sofa in charcoal is gorgeous, soft and well made. You can really tell the quality. I read a review on here which slated sofa.com saying there was no communication from them and poor service, but I just can't believe that. Every other review is glowing, so don't be put off my one bad review. I wouldnt be surprised if a competitor wrote it, as they are heads above any other sofa company, especially made.com!
