Chose this company as it offered espress delivery and being sofaless I needed one urgently and was offered the option to choose a specific delivery date and paid in full. The due date was a week ago and after many lengthy phone calls to them (where the wait times are ludicrously long, on average 30 mins per phone call just to get through!) AND the couriers xdp (who are also dreadful), emails and days off work I've just been told they don't know when it'll arrive....!

I've asked for an immediate refund to be told first it has to go to the team leader to be authorised, then over to head office to be authorised before being processed! Oh and you're not allowed the phone number for the head office...

The majority of stock is dropshipped, hence why they have no idea what on earth is going on!

Do not buy from here if you expect your item to arrive when specified or and communication!!!
