My order was dealt with promptly and although it arrived later than expected on the day I could see the men had had a tough day.
The sofas were the required size, shape and colour. However.
The cushions are filled with some ridiculous material that squashes down as soon as it is touched. This not only makes the sofas look scruffy and untidy but horribly uncomfortable as well. And we spend an inordinate amount of time " plumping " them up throughout the day. Very disappointing. I would have been prepared to p[ay more for proper, sprung cushions but cannot remember being advised that this is what I had paid for.
We are now saving up to buy comfortable sofas and will give these to charity.
We will not return as customers I'm afraid.

I couldn't agree more!!

Looked lovely, actually went to the showroom to try them all out - ordered & within a year they were awfull! Terribly uncomfortable! = Very angry, lots of sales hype but i'm afraid at the end of the day..... 'you get what you pay for'.

The foam in them is the cheapest grade available & within months it loses it's spring & becomes nothing more than a thin seat cushion. Both me & my partner have suffered bad backs from having their sofas & chairs & are now out of pocket.

Talking of pockets - they only had one pocket sprung sofa in their entire range in 2009 when we bought ours & even this was uncomfortable. A complete waste of money!! - when my family comes around to visit they wont sit in them because they cant get out of them again they sink so low. My Dad has a bad back & cant go anywhere near them... Absolute junk, sorry guys you need to look after your customers for repeat business & if you cut corners to cut the price it'll be all over review sites like this in minutes = self defeating!!
