Having visited the showroom we were very happy with the service, quality and price of our Sofa. The sales person was very friendly and helpful, and the sofa was just what we wanted at an extremely affordable price. However the delivery service and after care is the worst I have ever experienced.

1) Delivery:
The delivery service is operated on a basis of "once enough sofas are ordered for your area then a delivery date can be set". Living in London, you would assume this would not be such a stumbling block, you would be wrong. Having waited 8 weeks we had a delivery date, however they only do Monday - Friday, and won't give you a time slot... Who can just cancel a day of work and wait around for a sofa for a 10 hour slot??? When we called to ask, the person on the phone was rude and didn't care, ' it is just the way it is, do you want me to cancel your order then!' Is the response.... We eventually got a last minute date and time, which based on their 'just in time method of only building the sofa once a date is set, meant they only had 2 working days to build it.. And it Showed!!

2) Issues and after care:
Once we had received our Sofa the delivery men gave no time for my partner to check the sofa / arm chair stating they had to get going. Leaving her to assemble the feet and remove the packaging (not what they state on their website).. Once checked we realised it was a completely different colour in The fabric. Similar but not what we orders. The sofa, being a Chesterfield design, had material that sagged, and some way too tight resulting in the diamond folds looking awful. The fabric at the back was not cut straight and over hung the edge, and the buttons were again a different shade.... It took sending in swatches, photos as proof and phone calls where we were made to feel stupid before they finally agreed to do something about it...

I will say they did change our Sofa for a new order, (which we had to pay extra for), and the new one was delivered and was the quality we expected and is great value for money.. It's such a shame that shocking after care, and being spoken to like an idiot is the way they treat their customers. The first sofa was clearly rushed and far below their standards, yet we did not get an apology AT ALL!

Fix your after care and maybe you will get repeat customers, we just spent £1500 with you and with the correct sofa we are happy and would buy again. But the treatment we received, and shocking delivery structure and support makes you question, is the Value really worth it!!!
