Great sofas from nice people

Bought from Sofasofa years ago and only replaced the sofas when we moved to a smaller house. Went to a High Street retailer and bought two smaller ones. Forward just over a year and they were not the next best thing! Arms gave way and repairer stripped them to show cardboard base! Complained and got a full refund. We then went back to Sofasofa and the lady who had served us ten years ago did so again. Knowledgeable, helpful and so nice to see stable staff. If they keep their staff it is likely they will keep their customers. The new Monaco sofas were ready inside the quoted time and we are delighted with them. They are solid, well finished and comfortable. The delivery team were excellent and in a Sofasofa lorry - not a random carrier.
Value for money? Our refund from the High Street chain covered two replacement sofas and we bought a footstool and two loose cushions for just less than the other sofas. We also took the fabric protection package as we have small grandchildren.
In a word! Delighted.
Ps. Delivery was not on time as below on this survey. They arrived sooner than expected. Great as we told Sofasoa our others had been collected.
