Customer service was brilliant. I was so impressed each time I spoke to someone at Sofasofa. The sofa is exactly as I expected, fits the space in our living room perfectly. It very comfy and easy to clean. The only thing I would mention is that the base cushions slip through the day and I have to rearrange all the cushions regularly; but maybe we just spend too long loafing on it!
