The horror of Hobbs Sofa from Sofasofa.co.uk

We purchased a 3 seater Hobbs sofa from Sofasofa.co.uk and now live to regret it. Firstly the sofa has progressively got more and more uncomfortable due to the exceptionally poor quality of stuffing in the seat and back cushions - they have become hard and unyielding. They were acceptable to begin with but have now become flat and rigid with no "give" and do not bounce back as normal cushions do. We have constantly turned the cushions as advised but this makes no difference. Secondly the material is such that the top of the back cushions develop permanent unsightly creases and after 4 months have lost thier shape and look saggy. In fact the whole sofa now looks cheap.
On line and in the catalogue the Hobbs sofa looks elegant ( the design is exactly like more expensive and more comfortable sofas sold elsewhere) but the cushion filling is of such poor quality that one ends up constantly shifting aroud trying in vain to get a comfortable position.
If you want a lovely relaxing sofa to sink in to then I urge you to go elsewhere and dont waste your money on this rubbish! I believe the company woud do nothing about this situation as the 21 days is up and they have our money so why should they give a toss.
And one more thing - unlike other sofa shops/websites I notice the sofasofa.co.uk website does not give buyers the opportunity to write reviews -now I wonder why! Could it be they are not too confident in letting their buyers comment on their products? Now theres a thought.
