I was told when I ordered that I could choose my delivery date, my money was taken. I then was told the date and evening my sofa was to arrive, on stating that I was not available on that day of the week, I was told that my postcode fell in with that time and date and there was nothing that could be changed. If I wanted the sofa I would have to arrange to have someone at home.

What a way to run a business. Totally inflexible and took my money before I was told about the delivery dates. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
