bought a sofa from them on ebay. intially happy but after 11 weeks
springs started to go. Considering we only have 3 adults in the house
and no children i wouldnt except a sofa that has had hardly any wear to
damage so easily. They claim they have a 100% customer satisfaction
guarentee but after contacting them on ebay and by phone they told me to
raise a ebay case
Disgusting customer service and they did not refund me. They arent a member of the furniture ombudsman

We are very sorry that your sofas developed a fault. In the very rare occasion that a sofa does develop a fault you are covered by the warranty that we offer. As you are aware we did appoint a home serve engineer to attend your property to assess the fault but you packed the sofas away in your side entrance and the engineer was unable to move the sofas on his own. We are always happy to help as we do offer 100% customer satisfaction.
As explained we are still more than happy for home serve to re book another appointment for you. Please contact our customer services team and we will gladly assist you the best way we can.

We have since had to buy a new sofa as you told us to raise an eBay case and would seek no further help. Only when a review has been sent have you started to be helpful and respond trying to have the review centre remove our opinion of your company. We only wanted it collected and at 1st a replacement but as we now have a replacement a refund is the only acceptable opinion. We tried to resolve this with your company on several occasions

Same here currently suing them, what I don't understand are all these 5 star glowing reports! They are trying to get the review centre to take down my review I have had to send proof of purchase and email conversations before my review is re instated I would think in that case most negative reviews won't be posted because people won't be bothered to accumulate and send the information which is why they do it.
