Ordered 4 bar stools, which were promptly delivered. Very pleased with the ordering process, can not fault that.
Unfortunately the stools were faulty.
I contacted simplybarstools to obtain a returns number and was told the policy was to send pictures of the faults. I promptly did that but sadly have not heard a thing back, not even an acknowledgement of my emails.
I am still trying to get in contact with them 5 days after emailing.
After sales services is poor.
