Long delay between designer and surveyor visit despite being told "a few days"
Installer arrived 5 weeks after that to find incorrect parts supplied. Had to wait another 4 days for new parts and installer to return. Unable to proceed with decorators and carpet fitters, incurring cancellation costs. Unable to use bedroom or return furniture scattered over rest of house. Sharps refused to meet decorators costs, offered a paltry £50 to pay carpet fitters cancellation and were very aggressive about refusing to meet other costs.
Totally unsatisfactory experience.Would never use again or recommend
