Terrible company & service definately one to avoid

We had a fitted cabin bed with cupboards above, they Delivered the bedroom on Friday the fitter turned up on the Monday morning to fit it, and found they had delivered some of the wrong units and wrong colour doors, and had trouble getting through to reorder the correct ones, by the end of the day he had only fitted the frame for the overhead cupboard but assured me he would complete it by the end of the next day as agreed.
Next day the replacements arrived and he continued fitting at 4pm he tells us they sent the wrong units and doors again and informed us he wasn't trained to fit this system and was very sorry but he was leaving and not coming back to finish it, and showed us the pictures and instructions they had sent him which he didn't understand photocopied from the training manual.
So 4 deliveries later they finally sent the correct units and doors and someone else to finish the job, who turned up & said oh I thought I was just finishing a headboard uggh! He finished the job but left all the handles loose, didn't clean up very well, got abit annoyed when I told him he had not fitted the plinth and about the loose handles but at least it's done I suppose.
We had to cancel our carpet fitting, it messed up our whole week waiting for deliveries and I made 10 + phone calls and so much stress the lie's We were told was a joke!
We paid £2,000 for the worst service & customer service I have ever received & the finished job isn't brilliant either. Do Not use sharps they are appalling. And very overpriced!!!!!!!!!!
