We bought a sofa with electric recliners from this company which we took delivery of in March/April of this year. A few weeks ago, one if the recliners stopped working, so we contacted CS to arrange for a repair. We both work, but I'm around in the mornings, so my husband explained this to them, and they said that it wouldn't be a problem. We receive a call from the repair man the night before to say he would be with us after noon, which was obviously a problem. As it was, we had waited over a week, and now had to make another booking another 10 days later. If we'd have been made aware timing would be an issue we could have made other arrangements, this did not happen. Upon making g a complaint to both their Facebook and Twitter account, I know find my comments hidden and being blocked from making further comments. This explains the lack of negative comments on their FB page. Be very wary if this company, their sales and delivery were good, their after sales not so much!
