Please think twice if you are choosing to purchase from the Leeds Birstall store. They turned what should have been a pleasant experience into a nightmare. They took longer to deliver the sofa than the stated 7 week turnaround time. If you pay the deposit on one card, you have to settle the bill on the same card which nobody ever told us at the start and caused us a big issue. Then after an 8 week wait they had the cheek to send us the wrong sofa! After several calls to the store, I keep being told someone will call me back, but they don't. So at the time of writing this review we are stuck with the wrong sofa and no idea what's going on. Nobody from the branch can be bothered to call us, apologise and provide a solution to the mess they've caused. I can't believe I had to give them 1 star.
