Went into Silverlink store in North Shields, the staff let you browse in your own time with out pouncing on you. We decided on a sofa and asked a member of staff who answered our questions. We went ahead to order our choice.

I must say she was fantastic and so was the other person I dealt with well done I am now looking forward to my sofa arriving.
