We spent considerable time looking at a new sofa and found one we liked at SCS. The sales staff were very good and gave us a 6 week delivery date. However, 6 weels came and we had not heard from SCS, I telephoned the store, they said they would ring back but never did. went to the store and saw the manager who said it would be another 3 weeks. I explained that i was not happy but he couldn't care less about pleasing a customer. I have also emailed the SCS customer service department and have not received nay reply. They have my money, I as yet I don't have a sofa and they just don't care.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company.
