Very poor aftercare

I ordered a couch along with a little table and after they received my signature to clarify my purchase they lacked in standard in after sales experience. I contacted the business on many occasions and each time they told me different stories about my purchase. I was shocked and appalled at how they treated me when I had enquiries. I was also shocked at how they still had all my bank details from a purchase 7 years ago and they told me they would get rid of the details but they never did. The service was rubbish and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. When my couch was finally delivered, they didn't even put it together properly and I was left to do it on my own. My table came weeks after the couch and even though they told me they would deliver it, I had to pick it up. I would say there is definite improvements that need to be made on their service otherwise their bad reputation will continue.
