Purchased an Endurance suite in October 2015. Cushions not re-shaping properly, even when left over-night. Solihull store arranged inspection Jan 02 2015. Technician came out and replaced springs in right hand side of 3 seater and said cushions were fine because they're memory foam..!
The technician said the left hand side would need re-springing but he wasnt doing it that day, ''someone else will have to come and do it, the office will ring you''... Well.. they did, weeks later and arranged a call for March 17th..!
On March 17th the technician rang saying he wouldn;t make it due to him being involved in an accident - he said the office would call to re-schedule... Well.. They did, ON APRIL 10th...!
LET'S RE-CAP - FIRST VISIT 02 JANUARY 2015, MOST RECENT CONTACT FROM SCS 10 APRIL..! PROBLEM STILL NOT RESOLVED.
Well.. They didn't, a third party technician did from an organisation called FIRA, we agreed a date, however he couldn;t confirm a.m. OR p.m.
I called the store to arrange a convenient time for ME not THEM... the saga continues, I'm waiting for the Solihull store manager to call me back as I type. Avoid SCS like the plague, make do with your existing suite OR save up and buy something elsewhere..!
