My goods were supposed to be delivered in 6-8 weeks, it is now more than 9 weeks since my order and I donot know if my goods are ready for delivery.
Very inefficient and arrogant customer service at the Lakeside store. I only manage to speak to a receptionist, the manager does it care to talk to me and so far they don't feel any responsibility for the delay and no apologies even as a formality
