Not scratch proof ,Endurance Range

I have recently puchased a couple of 2 seater recliners from SCS Cannock wich in the words of SCS advertisement,and sales person who sold it me are ENDURANCE SCRATCH PROOF LEATHER ideal for a family with pets .
I would just like to say what a joke my dog was alone with this product only 40 minutes and he’s scratched 3 of the four seats therefore i feel i have been mis sold this product, it is scratched therefore not scratch proof ,im ok i thought because as your sales man said:
Don’t worry the fantastic insurance will cover you as many times as you need for any type of damage Especially your dog ? he assured me. But only after reading the small print it only covers it for one claim for pet damage ? i have called the store i purchased it from to ask about this and the manager said ( it is not bomb proof ) WHAT? I thought ? he continued : so im sorry ,and the sales man who mis sold it me is from a different store lol! OMG .( oh well thats all ok then )NOT !
So thanks for mis selling me a not only a normal leather sofa and telling me lies but an a inferior insurance to go with it.
So please if your thinking of buying there endurance range please dont .
Really disappointed .
