Lincoln store we visited New Years Day I must say firstly was welcoming by staff and although busy we were given a welcomed cup of coffee and not hasstled at all while we browsed sat on and tried and tested so many sofas and chairs.
Finally choosing the Casper Range recliner sofa and matching chair also choosing the colourway we were delighted to place the order.

HOWEVER ON DELIVERY YESTERDAY THE WRONG COLOUR SUITE WAS DELIVERED TO US !!!!!!!!!
THE CHAIR WOBBLES
FABRIC HAS LARGE SQUARE MARK ON IT
QUALITY IS NOT AT ALL LIKE WE TRIED AND
TESTED AND CHECKED OVER IN THE STORE
We were told its a very popular range and on sale wirh a huge saving.
We also paid for it to be treated £150 extra there was nothing to say its been done HOW IS A CUTOMER TO KNOW WHATS BEEN DONE ALSO THE £30 CLEANING KIT !!!!!!
THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND CONTACTED THE STORE IMMEDIATELY. AND WE HEARD THEM SAY THEY ORDERED THE WRONG ONE !!!! THE DRIVER WAS NOT GOING TO LEAVE US WITH NOTHING TO SIT ON FOR ANOTHER 6-8 WEEKS SO IT WAS AGREED TO LEAVE IT untill another could be made to order and delivered then exchange them for the correct one yet up to another 8 weeks.
We rang the store and were told Due To Staffing Issues There was NO MANAGERS OR SUPERVISORS IN STORE ONLY SALES STAFF
WE FEEL LET DOWN BY SCS AS CUSTOMERS AND AS PENSIONERS WITH DISABILITIES DO NOT NEED THIS STRESS
AFTER SPEAKING TO SEVERAL STAFF WHOM KEPT REFERING TO STAFFING ISSUES THIS IS NOT THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM AND SHOULD NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE . CUSTOMERS SERVICE.
