we bought sofa and carpets from scs in Leeds. Sofas were delivered on time- no problem however the delivery people weren't nice!
The disaster happen to the carpet delivery!!!
Carpet ordered beginning of November due to be delivered beginning of December. 3 days before the delivery I had a phone call that this carpet is no longer available!!!!! didn't they know at the time of ordering???!!!
Had to cancel the carpet fitter, arranged a different carpet to be delivered on 18/01/15- and guess what- rang few days before and was told the order wasn't placed by mistake!!!! What the hell is going on there!!!
so my carpet still hasn't arrived, I got £15 refund I have to get from the store!! the problem is the closest store to me is like 50 miles away!!

WILL NEVER EVER USE SCS AGAIN, STRONGLY DISAGREE!!!!
