We ordered a sofa from Slough branch, told it would be 3 weeks. got a phone call after 2 saying it was ready. then when we called back to arrange delivery date got told they had read it wrong and it would be made the folowing day ready for delivery by the 30th (will be 4 weeks since ordering then). We hadn't heard anything so I phoned again and got told we would get a phone call today and it would be delivered this week. No phone call today so phoned them to be told it has not even been made yet!! They are now saying it will be ready next Monday. The delay in being ready is not the main issue but to be told it's ready then its not is not very promising and how they could promise it to be ready today when it's not even made yet is ridiculous. If they kept us informed it would be longer than 3 weeks fine but they keep fobbing us off! Wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone.
