On sending a faulty sofa back to Oak Furniture Land with the worse customer services possible , we where quite apprehensive to get another sofa from anywhere , on finding a sofa we liked in SCS called the Burbank we checked all measurements with the salesman , were told 4 weeks and arrived in 4 weeks , good start , the chair went in with ease but sofa would not fit , not really a fault from SCS more our fault for not checking the hallway , we where given a contact of Someone That would be able to dismantle the sofa to get in , all this was done and the sofa is sat in my new room , very happy , the product is flawless , lovely and comfortable , 100 times better than Oak Furniture Land products , would recommend anyone go to SCS in Liverpool as they where beyond helpful , also the free carpet although we had to pay to have delivered it was double what we where told in size , value for money for what we got ! And i am a fussy person ! Think people may moan about the sofa fitting into houses but surely it's the buyers responsibility to measure there own halls as salesman not mind readers readers , we took on board that our fault and resolved the issue .
