I would never buy anything from scs again it took seven months to sort out our new sofa I first rang customer care the day after the sofa arrived to complain about the cushions the back cushions had very little filling in them and the end cushion was a middle cushion I was really up set to learn that after paying tw0 thousands pounds a man arrived a few weeks later to fill the cushions in my home by opening them up and sewing the inner back up with black cotton on white lining I can't believe there didn't take them away to have them a least done by professionals it didn't end there I was still not satisfied with them and continue to complain I was lied to by the customer care team they never rang me back after lots and lots of phone calls by me to the shop I brought it from and the customer care team who were the most unhelpful care team this went on for 7 months and took all the joy out of having a new sofa I have now got it sorted but has left me feeling really unhappy with scs
