Purchased our sofa from SCS on this 19/01/14. After sitting in all day and the delivery drivers nearly not making delivery because they claimed they couldn't find my address, the sofa was wrong.

Contacted my local SCS store to be told they would reorder a new sofa the following day. This was not the case, as I later found out the replacement sofa wasn't ordered until over a week later.

On many occasions SCS have agreed to email us with details of our order, but even though we have request this and given our email address 3 times we have never received this.

We are still waiting for our correct sofa and still have no delivery date. We were told the replacement sofa would only take a maximum of 8 weeks. In total it has been 16 weeks and we still do not have the correct sofa.

When will we receive our sofa and will it be the correct one this time.

I have now been told delivery will be on Wednesday 28th but a morning delivery can't be arrange as was agreed. The sofa could come any time that day. Lets hope I get the correct one this time.

I don't believe it after my delivery not turning up yesterday I'm delivered a sofa that isn't made correctly. Colour different on parts of the sofa and more waves than the sea..

I've had a 3rd sofa delivered and it is damaged. Will I ever get this sorted?

Please don't ever get an SCS sofa..
