my mother ordered her sofa 8 months ago waited 3 mths for delivery wrong sofa turned up scs apologised then said it was not there fault offered £100 compensation and to keep the sofa until her original sofa was made so she had no choice but to keep a unwanted sofa she and my dad who has mental problems were very upset by all of this , so 3 months later her new sofa arrived and guess what it was the a completely differant sofa again SCS again apologised offered £100 and AGAIN said its not our fault its the supplier they offered a full refund only when the wrong sofa they had took was returned so my mother had no choice but to wait another 3 months as this would have left a couple of pensioners with nothing to sit on ,so 8 mths and 2 weeks on there new sofa is due HOPEFULLY FOR SCS IT WILL BE 3rd time lucky
I visited the store on saturday to be told again by a senior manager sorry but its not our fault { ITS OUR SUPPLIER }
Digusting way to treat any body never mind a couple of OAP
My next step is to write to my local newspaper the public have a right to know how SCS treats there customers
