had my sette delivered xmas started complaining from january about this suite the cushions have flattened the seat cushions have dipped i had an inspector come out from there they told me i constantly have to take them out of there covers and let air into them and plump them up even though it takes 2 of us to get them back in, the zips have now worn and keep braking then the backing was coming off inside the cushions which i had them out again they said they would replace them only the covers they cant see how the cushions have all gone flat iv kept phoning complaining so then i asked for seat backs instead of scatters to be replaced they said no even tho they were goin to replace them i had a snotty girl on the phone who was so rude no help i told her i was going to take this further she turned round and said i dont care what you do it was terrible customer care/service even the store wont help me i have now pulled a disc out of my back by keep takin covers off cushions to plump them up (when i have told ppl they even said you have a settee to sit on not to look at)it is a terrible suite /range i am now having trading standards involved and writing to the papers which today i have seen a complaint in the sun ref them i am not giving up i shall be taking every way i can and am now seeking advice for this load of tat i have bought stay away from them...
