i got a 3 seater sofa and a swivel chair on finance june 2011, 4 weeks after having the sofa all the stitching come undone, i rang them up and 2 weeks later they sent someone to come and look, they orderd me new cushion covers which they said would take 3 weeks, altogeather i was waiting around 6 weeks, 10 months later not only had the stitching pulled from the same place on the chair but on the sofa as well, i now have a huge rip on one of my covers as well as the loose stitching around it and the other cover, the cushions have gone majorly flat and it had bits stuck to it all time, i rang scs us and the customer service is just appaling, they sent someone out and told me i was getting new covers orderd which i refused as its second time its happend, i rang them numerous times and told them i was unhappy with the quality and i dont want new cover as it will happen again, i either wanted a refund or a new sofa, all i got in return was, well how do you know its going to happen again? i wil never ever get a sofa or reccomed them to anyone!
