A really quick delivery service (advertised as 2-5 days) which turned up on time along with a most helpful driver to assist me in bringing the items in. The bed was a beautiful white, as described and is nice and sturdy. The mattress also seems to be very comfortable which has made this a most pleasant experience. I found the whole experience a pleasure! They were the cheapest I could find online for the furniture I wanted, gave free delivery, and within a few minutes of ordering I received a call to confirm my order and a delivery time. The customer service for this site is terrible, they do not respond to e-mails and when you call it always goes to a third party message service who tell you that all they can do is send an e-mail. This site appears to be ran by a very small number of people, if you have any query at all then best of luck, you will not here from these guys. (read more)

I ordered bedroom furniture on 22/03/13 I was told delivery would be 10 to 15 days, I've emailed continuosly and don't get any reply, I've called the number but just gets through to a messaging service which doesn't bother to call back, it's now been 7 weeks and still no furniture. They are a company who just takes people's money and don't care. I've contacted police to report them, I would advise anyone not to bother. (read more)

Please DO NOT use this company. Ordered furniture and money was taken straight away. Waited for confirmation of delivery and received nothing. Our furniture was delivered on time with very helpful delivery people. We shopped around for a while looking for something we liked and when we found it roomstogo were eadily the cheapest. When it arrived we found the items were very well made and substantial. They matched what we were looking for which can sometimes be difficult when shopping online. Excellent value furniture from roomstogo. I bought 6 pieces of Jamestown bedroom furniture (wardrobe, dressing table, drawers and bedsides). They were all delivered exactly as agreed and in very good condition. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow and although there was quite a lot to put together it was all there! I paid for goods in Feb and got super quick responses via email when making enquiries.I was told the order would not be in stock until week commencing 1/4/2013.I've sent emails out to them this week but no reply.I'm not sure whats going on but it's not looking good.Have you had any luck lately?

On another review site, Alan's comments originate in Huddersfield as do KathWestons. It appears the only people able to experience an excellent service originate in Huddersfield. The nature of their business is 'Other retail sale not in stores, stalls or markets' , so all these lucky people who have contacted them must have knocked on their door to place their order. The directors have just registered a new company, RTG Marketing, so one to watch. Has anybody ever received anything that has not been broken or sub standard or are we all in the same boat receiving nothing? The money is going somewhere, it was instantly snatched from my account, so their money grabbing instincts are good. I will not be surprised to see them on a programme like 'Rip off Britain' or 'Watch Dog'. I did'nt heed the terrible reviews and only afterwards reflected that the good reviews are probably bogus, (which goes against the agreement of this site). So "welcome to our world" "we hope you love it as much as we do" , Everything is not "simple and transparent....at every stage of the process", Everything is not " timely and efficient" . Everything is not as it appears and people need to know this.

Hear! hear! I did eventually get my money back, but no email to inform me of this. My registered letter sent to the Huddersfield address was returned undelivered so this address is clearly bogus. I agree with everything you say.

I ordered the goods on 10th March and the refund came trough last week, so it took about 23 days but in all that time I had no communication with RTG, I only knew I had the refund by phoning my credit card company. I suggest you contact yours as they will take it up on your behalf.

I ordered on the 25th march. I have asked my bank to use the cashback rules for a refund as I have heard nothing. Unfortunately i didn't use a credit card which would have instigated an immediate investigation. Every authority available to me I will report this firm to. The government site shows how to do this. A company that has more reviews than john Lewis and tesco and sainsbury's must have a huge turn over so company house audit department might be interested.

From the beginning the process was very straightforward. I wanted to buy locally and although there was no showroom I was able to speak to sales very quickly and easily and got the assurances I needed. I was buying a bed that seemed to be around in lots of shops but roomstogo were the cheapest and they offered an extra discount if we bought a mattress. The delivery was super quick. I ordered furniture 22/03/13 and exactly the same has happened to me, it's been 7 weeks and still no reply off them.
