We had a very pleasant experience with the team at roomstogo. Genuinely very nice and helpful. We were given an approximate delivery date when we ordered (we called and got a prompt phone back). Delivery was on time and in full and the items went together mostly without a hitch. Slight problem with one of the hinges but that got replaced within 3 days and was no real major drama. Always disappointing to read poor reviews but my experience was all positive and I would happily recommend this company to anyone.
