Whenever I phoned this company to determine the status of my order or obtain a delivery date there was never anyone in the office to take my call (It didn't make any difference what time of day, morning or afternoon!).

The phone was always answered by someone confessing to knowing nothing about the organisation and that there was no one in the office to answer my query. He could however relay any message that I wanted to leave or even get a representative to phone me back. (How sad, couldn't they afford voicemail!!) I don't know whether he actually bothered to relay messages but I left my telephone number several times - No one ever phoned me back!

Finally I sent emails to them requesting information about the status of my order - On their website it states that they will call YOU, unprompted, to keep you informed of any delays to your order!

So very sad to say, I received no calls to explain the delays or to provide a delivery date, and my emails also went unanswered. I truly felt ignored! What could I have done to deserve such cold-shoulder treatment?
Certainly, they didn't want to tell me!

BEWARE! The last time an organisation did this to me (Not this particular one), they had actually gone into administration and I lost my money!

On this occasion I have cancelled my order - just in case!!
