I had already ordered from Rattan Direct when I read the reviews on this site and started to worry about whether I would receive my order or not.
I have to say, the only thing I can criticise is that I had to phone them to arrange delivery after waiting 3 days for someone to contact me. The website did say 'Order now for a 3 working day delivery' and it also stated that someone would be in touch 24 hours after your order was placed to arrange delivery - this didn't happen. However, after I called them and got through straight away, they had a delivery available the following week and it all arrived on time and in tact, with plenty of communication from Rattan Direct and the courier company.

I would use them again based on my experience. Not sure whether we were just lucky or if they've sorted themselves out!
