I purchased some rattan furniture from this company via groupon. The furniture was ordered at least a month before an important event which should have been fine given the 5-10 day delivery window.
3 weeks passed with no contact from the company so I contacted them (which is hard in itself due to the very poor customer support). I was told that the ones currently in stock were damaged so it would be delayed a further week.
Upon delivery, the goods were damaged. I contacted them immediately and was told that a replacement would not be provided for some time. At which point I had no choice but to purchase furniture from a different company.
The damaged goods were picked up over a week ago but no refund and no contact from customer support. I am now in limbo while I wait for a refund that may or may not appear.
Terrible service - if I could give it zero stars then I would.
