My first purchase from Oak furnitureland.
Managed to get through on the telephone with ease, despite it being only a few hours before their sale ended.
They kept me up to date with the order & delivery date with e-mails which was very good.
They warn you that they don't remove the packaging from the item when it is delivered. Difficult if, like me, you are disabled.
I would go as far as to say this contravenes the Equalities Act 2012.
They should look again at their delivery procedure.
