I purchased the Denver corner sofa from OFL and after one year the springs had gone in one of the seats, this was supposedly fixed by one of their engineers but he admitted that there was little he could do, it was just 'poor design'. The springs gradually went back to how thay'd been before and a year later it was worse than ever and the padding in the armrest was almost none existant with a sharp wooden corner underneath, very dangerous for my two yound children. Contacted OFL again but were unwillingly to help as item was now out of year warranty, my husband was given the number of an independant specialist that they would listen to if it was found to be a manufacturing fault but we would incur these costs. Recontacted OFL to say that we didn't think it was our responsibility to pay for an assessment of their faulty product and were infomed that the first representative was wrong and that they wouldn't do anything about it anyway, regardless of any fault as it was out of warranty! The customer service is not only appalling but conflicting!
