Beautiful oak furniture

Impressed by the quality of the furniture in the store and decided to order 4 items. They were delivered on time within the time slot allocated to us. Delivery men were excellent, taking great care to deliver without damaging either the stairs or the furniture despite being big and heavy with the two bookcases having to be unpacked before they could be taken upstairs to the required room. All items were very well packed and there were no faults or damage to any item. The room has been transformed and we are very pleased with the quality and appearance of the new furniture. Staff at the store were very helpful and allowed us time to browse at leisure without pushing for a sale, in fact they provided all the information and dimensions of the items for us to take home so that we could decide which, if any, we wanted to buy.
The only negative comment relates to the warranty. We agreed to purchase the insurance to cover any eventuality - but we were not told that if we did not keep all the original packaging to return the furniture in the event of a fault developing, the warranty would be null and void! The cardboard boxes are massive and had to be folded several times before they could be taken up into the attic for storage. We are fortunate that we have sufficient space to store the boxes, others might not be as fortunate.
