Lousy delivery service

Furniture is ok, quite pleased with it even though it was a long wait. However, the delivery service was lousy! Having ordered 6 items was not too pleased at the pathetic effort made to get the wardrobe upstairs culminating in the men saying it could not be done. The customer service assistant then tried to bully me into saying they had made every effort to get it upstairs, I did not feel they had but felt I could not answer honestly as they were standing nearby and also did not want any accidents. I was then told that it would cost me £100 to send the wardrobe back, which I felt was ridiculously excessive.. The rest of the furniture was dumped in my lounge and I then had to unpack it and try to move it into place, not easy as it is so heavy and ended up having us to pay for help. So furniture per was fine, but delivery service badly needs improving, worst experience I have ever had and next time I order furniture from anywhere will check that they have a better delivery service!
