having purchased and paid in in full I eagerly awaited delivery, only to find 4 items damaged - their policy is not to replace but to repair. I am then the proud owner of second hand furniture! Oh yes and you have to take a morning or afternoon off work whilst the carry out the repair. We are talking about a major repair but no they WON'T replace, you're stuck with it. Look at the. Facebook page: Jason Bannister MD of Proud of our appalling service, says it all. Totally disgusted. Also you have unpack and dispose of ALL the packaging. AVoid like the plaque
