Better than expected

Very happy with quality of product. Was afraid of what might arrive having read many scary reviews but that's the Internet for you. If you go looking for complaints you'll find them. We checked our delivery over very carefully and to be honest for the amount we paid I think we got an extremely good deal. Our furniture arrived on a bank holiday and the men delivering it could not have been more helpful or cheerful, despite having numerous on the day cancellations by people too busy enjoying a day off to accept a delivery they had booked...They helped to carry several large items up the stairs when they could just have left them in the hallway.
Negatives? The pushing of aftercare service and promises of fixing damaged furniture. In my opinion, If my dog chews it that's my problem! If on the other hand a leg falls off in six months time that is a standard warranty issue. The aftercare service is the reason we didn't rate 5 stars. It's something we didn't express an interest in but we still had to sit through the talk.
In summary; excellent furniture, good delivery service, slightly annoying sales service.
