great packaging, great quality, not long to wait for items to be delivered. always kept informed about delivery with calls and text messages. great choice of products to choose from. friendly staff in store, leaving you to browse but available to talk to when needed. very informed staff about each product they sell. delivery staff very friendly, delivery of goods well planned out of how to get it into your home. any problems staff are on hand to discuss any aspect. would recommend this store to any one. if looked after the furniture will last us well into retirement, saving lots of money in the end rather then buying cheap furniture.
