Everything was delivered on time, with notification of imminent arrival. The packaging of each item was amazing (they seemed to use cling-film in places!), in fact so much so that it took a lot of time to get everything unpacked. And it is definitely worth waxing each item of furniture as you unpack it as then the quality of the oak shines through.

It is slightly awkward having to put handles on drawers and cupboards, made more complicated because the drawers didn't actually come out completely. Also, putting the table together was a bit of a nuisance.

However, the furniture is excellent. I would be happy to recommend and would definitely purchase from Oakfurnitureland again.
